Cody Llewellyn was great! Replaced my springs, bearings, cables and rollers. Also educated me that I can’t use LED bulbs in my LiftMaster model from 2015, as the LED bulbs mess with the timing in the electronics.

I had a great experience 3 months ago when this company replaced my garage door. Today, while racing out to an errand, I tried to leave the garage without opening the door!!I was lucky to get a same day appointment and incredibly lucky to have Javier Perez come to fix it.He was very nice, and wonderfully qualified to repair it.I could not have asked for a better experience! Javier was exceptionally kind and just an exceptional technician.Very pleased with their professionalism.Highly recommend this company!

We were looking for a program that would allow us to maintain our garage door. Eduardo came out and taught us so much about our garage door. He helped is to make decisions that best fit our life style and garage use. John was shadowing Eduardo and added some wonderful information while the inspection and installations were happening. I was not expecting much for our service and Eduardo blew us away. He made us very comfortable and so glad we chose A1 to call out for service.

My garage door stuck at the top after 20 years of service. Emailed this group and they sent out Cody the next day. He did a great job. Carefully explained the problem and the various solutions. The motor was toast basically because the spring was not helping with the door weight. They replaced the motor, spring coils and a number of bearings. The new opener is state of the art with wifi, camera and almost soundless. Being notified when the door opens helps keep track of coming and goings.Recommend this group completely.

Trent came basically to an emergency call at the end of the day. He was able to find the issue and had all the parts on his truck. He was here almost 2 hrs and did a great job. He answered and explained all the questions and concerns I had. Great job!

The spring on our garage door busted on New Year’s Eve and I was heading out of town Two days later for a business trip and I didn’t know who to call, but I remembered seeing ads in the mail and seeing ads on TV and hearing ads on the radio about A1 garage doors And looked them up and saw that they have 24/7 service So I set up an appointment for New Year’s Day. They texted me a confirmation and emailed me a confirmation in the next morning. I received a phone call that said that they could even get there earlier than my appointment. The service tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the whole process and give me all of my options. The repair was done in a timely manner, and I couldn’t be more happy with the service. I didn’t even get charged a premium for New Year’s Day, and I was able to use a coupon I found online. I would definitely use them again and have full confidence in them.

Cody Graham knows his stuff. And he's fast and thorough. Our garage door is quieter than when it was new. We had A1 repair a broken spring 11 years ago. Had Cody do a tune up and replace opener that was bad. Showed us all that needed replacing and all the bad parts. Cleaned up afterward and is a very nice person. I can't praise him and his work enough
