TERMS & CONDITIONS
Monthly Membership Enrollment:
For monthly memberships, we will charge your Payment Account* on/around the 15th of each month. Charges related to the membership will appear on your billing statement as “Garage Door Service TMII”. By signing below, I am acknowledging that I understand and agree to the following Automatic Renewal Terms and Conditions:
- Unless I contact Garage Door Service TMII to cancel my membership ten days before my membership payment is due, my membership will automatically renew each month and Garage Door Service TMII will charge my Payment Account* for the membership fee. The monthly membership fee is $12.95, and may increase or decrease any time, but prior to the change becoming effective, I will receive a notification from Garage Door Service TMII notifying me of any such increase or decrease and providing me with an opportunity to cancel my membership.
- By submitting my first monthly payment I agree that Garage Door Service TMII will: (i) initiate a charge to my Payment Account*, and (ii) my payment will process on a monthly basis until I cancel my membership. Garage Door Service TMII will retain my Payment Account* information that I have provided for future billing purposes and I consent to the storage of such information. I agree to provide Garage Door Service TMII with updated payment information, as needed.
- If I have provided an email address and/or phone number to Garage Door Service TMII, I acknowledge and agree that any acknowledgments, notifications, or reminder communications, if sent, may be delivered to the contact information provided.
- I may cancel my Automatic Renewal at any time by contacting Garage Door Service TMII at 844-214-2724 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST.
Yearly Membership Enrollment:
For annual memberships, the full amount of $155.40 will be charged to the designated payment account at the time of purchase. I understand that annual memberships do not automatically renew, and that renewal requires the purchase of a new annual membership upon expiration. Charges related to the membership will appear on your billing statement as “Garage Door Service TMII”.
Annual Garage Door Tune-up:
The Worry Free Club membership includes one (1) annual preventative maintenance tune-up for your garage door system. The tune-up must be scheduled and completed during an active membership period. Any tune-up not scheduled and performed within the applicable term is forfeited, has no cash value, and will not carry over.
It is the member’s responsibility to contact us to schedule the visit. While courtesy reminders may be provided, they are not guaranteed. Missed or unscheduled tune-up visits may be honored at the company’s discretion if requested within a 30-day grace period following the expiration, or cancellation, of the membership.
